Watch out for the geese & the cattle in this below video by Garrison Keillor!! Actually, this video talks about the responsibility of jokes on Halloween as from Garrison Keillor's 1990s CD called Horrors!: A Prairie Home Companion With Garrison Keillor.
There is also a crack about Lutherans who really have something to say with great enthusaum and inventive profanity with outhouses and outhouse tipping in this video and outhouse tipping. I remember my dad talking about outhouse tipping from when he was a kid in Hazard, Kentucky. So I have heard about some of the "Fun" stuff from outhouse tipping from southeastern Kentucky.

Now for some videos that I shot last night that I wanted to share with all of you here now. This first video is about what is going to be coming up here in the next few days or weeks -- depending on how quick I can get some of the videos shot then uploaded over to you tube here.
The second video is about vampires, even though I am not talking about Halloween per se in the video, since it is about vampires, I just thought that I would share it here with all of you. Let's just say it's a "I wonder what would happen if they did x, y and z about _______" kind of video here.

Here is a play list of videos that I shot a while back and I apparently forgot to add to this blog here. I just wanted to go on and post this video play list for all of you to watch and enjoy. For something different, this play list is entirely of me talking about my thoughts on Halloween. Fair warning though, folks -- this play list is entirely of me talking and telling stories about things related to Halloween.
This below play list is a precursor to me doing my "Scary Stories" play list, so enjoy this below play list now, because I am going to really spice some things up here soon on this blog here! I am currently working up some videos of people telling some scary stories from both myself then friends and family, (including Tony, of course!!) As I was looking at that last blog that I posted on here, I remembered that I forgot to post this below video for all of you back in November 2010, right after I shot it. Besides me forgetting to post this below video, I just remembered that I have found a certain book that I had said in another blog and video that if I ever found said book, that I would do some more videos and do some of the stories from said book and post them on here.
Just for the record, I have found said book, (being my Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark treasury book) and as quick as I get a chance in the next few days, I am going to shoot some videos and have them posts here for all of you to watch. I even remember one of the videos that I said that I was going to shoot a story of here and tell that story related to that story. So, please keep an eye out for those new videos.

Below, I have a couple of new videos that I wanted to share with all of you today. These 2 videos are partially from the children's book "Scary Stories to Tell In The Dark" by Alvin Schwartz and are some other interesting tales that I wanted to share in relation to those 2 tales.
I also wanted to say that even though it is not Halloween time, on rainy, dreary days like today, sometimes, a good "Scary story" is a good thing here! I hope that you enjoy the below videos, folks!! :)
Now, for your viewing pleasure, that long awaited Halloween video montage!! I am glad to be showing you this video montage here, but first, I want to set up what you will be watching here in this video montage below in this blog.
There are a total of 17 videos in this below video montage. This montage is not of like television shows or stuff that other people have shot here. These videos are 100% my doing here and I shot every one of the below videos that you will be watching in the below video montage today in this blog.
I first want to mention that you will be watching one video of Joe and me driving home from eating at a local Chinese restaurant, named Chan’s Asian Wok, which is located in the Cold Spring Crossing Mall, here in Cold Spring, Kentucky. The remaining 16 videos are of me talking in front of the camera about different things in relation to Halloween.
On a few of the videos, I talk about my amazon.com page as it relates to Halloween. (I have some Halloween themed items for sale on my page over on amazon.com. I even show some of the stuff that I am selling over on a couple of my afore mentioned amazon.com web page in a couple of the videos.
On a few of the later videos, I start telling some local urban legends (to me, any way) and a story about Bobby Mackey’s Music World. (I wish a very happy Halloween to you and your employees there in Wilder, Bobby, by the way!!)
Most importantly, though, in the first few videos, I talk about how much I enjoy Halloween as a holiday itself and how it brings back some very happy memories for me from my childhood. I can also tell you now that even though I have a much younger cousin whose birthday is actually Halloween that has nothing to do with the fact that I enjoy the holiday so much. (Although I have to admit that it makes it a whole lot of fun for my younger cousin to get to “Dress up” for her birthday each year.)
I figured that I would probably take a while to upload all of these videos over to youtube.com, because of my hectic work schedule this week, (and trust me, it has been a real dandy of a schedule this week as well, too!!)
